Guido Eekhaut

Guido Eekhaut (Leuven, 1954) writes literature and exciting books in various genres for adults, and for younger readers ages 15 years and up. His first crime book Absinthe won the Hercule Poirot Prize in 2009. The book was translated into German and English. Guido was twice on the shortlist of the Gouden Strop, the most important Dutch prize for crime literature. He worked as a journalist. Recurring themes in his books are the future and (digital) technology.
